Ingredientes

  • 2 x frying chickens, (about 21/2 pounds (each) cut into serving pcs
  • 1 lrg onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
  • 7 whl cloves tied in cheesecloth
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp tomato paste

Direcciones

  1. Place chicken, skin side down, in large heavy skillet (pcs may overlay). Add in onion, vinegar and cloves. Cover and cook over low heat till tender, about 40 min, turning and basting several times.
  2. Combine mustard and tomato paste. Skim as much fat as possible from chicken. Stir in mustard-tomato mix till well blended with chicken and broth. Continue cooking uncovered over medium-low heat 15 min. Throw away cloves before serving.
  3. 6 to 8 servings.
