Ingredientes

  • 6 x Boneless, skinless chicken Breast halves Salt, pepper, garlic pwdr, Curry pwdr, flour
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, thickly Sliced
  • 1/4 c. Amaretto di Saronno Grated rind & juice of one Lemon
  • 1 1/2 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch Patty shells

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch wide strips. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic pwdr and curry pwdr. Roll strips in flour.
  2. Heat butter or possibly margarine in a large skillet. Brown chicken pcs on all sides.
  3. Add in mushrooms, Amaretto di Sarono, grated lemon rind and juice. Simmer 5 min. Mix chicken broth and cornstarch; stir mix into skillet. Stir over low heat till mix bubbles and thickens. Season to taste with salt, if necessary.
  4. Spoon mix into patty shells. Optional garnish: diced tomato and parsley.
