Lemon Juice 1 liter

Cardamom Grind 50 gr

Coriander Grind 40 gr

Turmeric powder 60 gr

Direcciones
- METHOD:
- Mix all the ingredients, and marinate the chicken, for one or two days.
- Start to arrange the chicken layers on the iron stack , then set up on the rotating Schawarma machine.
- For beef schawarma add one kilo onion and remove turmeric from the marination. The rest is the same.
