Receta Chicken & Snow Pea Rigatoni Bake
Wonderfully flavored casserole for the entire family, one dish and serve!
Ingredientes
- 1-1/2 cups cooked chicken cubes
- 16 ounces Rigatoni Pasta
- Salt for boiling pasta water
- 1 cup Frozen Snow Peas
- 1/2 cup low sodium Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup Milk
- salt and black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In a pot of boiling salted water add rigatoni Pasta and cook al dente, drain
- Pre heat oven 375 F
- In a non stick baking dish add chicken broth and cream stir to mix, add chicken cubes, snow peas, gently stir, salt and black pepper to taste, add cooked rigatoni pasta, stir all ingredients gently.
- Place baking dish into the oven and bake 15 minutes.
- Serve in bowls and enjoy!
