Receta Chicken Taos

Ingredientes
- 2 or possibly 3 chicken breasts (boned & separated)
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 (12 ounce.) bottle chili sauce
- 1/2 c. white wine
Direcciones
- Combine flour, salt and pepper. Roll chicken in it. Brown in butter in skillet. Remove chicken. Saute/fry onions. Add in garlic pwdr, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, chicken broth and wine. Bring to boil. Return chicken to pan. Cover and simmer for 35 min. Serve over rice.
