Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp. Reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 4 x Boneless, skinless chicken-breast halves
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
  • 4 x Green onions, sliced thin diagonally
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic

  4. Stir together chicken broth, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and honey in small bowl; set aside. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with pepper; cook 5 to 6 min per side till cooked through. Transfer to platter; keep hot. Add in green onions, ginger and garlic to skillet; cook 1 minute. Add in soy mix and cook 1 minute more. Pour over chicken.
