- 1/2 c. Chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. Reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 4 x Boneless, skinless chicken-breast halves
- 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
- 4 x Green onions, sliced thin diagonally
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic

- Stir together chicken broth, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and honey in small bowl; set aside. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with pepper; cook 5 to 6 min per side till cooked through. Transfer to platter; keep hot. Add in green onions, ginger and garlic to skillet; cook 1 minute. Add in soy mix and cook 1 minute more. Pour over chicken.
