- 8-10 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
- 2 large Potatoes, peeled and cut to cube

- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Seasoning (mix well)
- Some Cajun seasoning or chilli powder (**omit salt if using cajun seasoning)
- 3-4 tsp Salt
