Receta Chicken & Tortellini Salad Vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 1 quart. water (for boiling chicken)
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. frzn tortellini
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch asparagus
Direcciones
- Make vinaigrette dressing by mixing all ingredients together in a jar, shake well and let stand as long as possible. Boil chicken till cooked (about 1/2 hour). Remove chicken from water.
- In the same water cook tortellini according to package directions, when cooked remove from water but reserve water and cook asparagus in same water till tender. When cooked ingredients are cold, cut chicken and asparagus into chunks. In a large bowl put chicken, tortellini, asparagus and tomatoes. Toss with vinaigrette dressing.
