Ingredientes

  • 2 Lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut in half and patted dry
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/4 C all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. vegtable oil
  • 1 C white cooking wine
  • 1 12oz jar artichoke hearts with liquid (I used marinated artichoke hearts) coarsley chopped
  • 1 leamon, Sliced
  • 1 tsp. thyme

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and dredge in flour. Warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, turning once, until browned on both sides about 4 min total.
  2. Add wine and artichokes with liquid,bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 to 15 min. Scatter lemon slices over chicken, cover and cook an additional 3 minutes longer.
  3. Transfer chicken and lemon slices to a platter.
  4. stir thyme into sauce and cook 1 to 2 minutes more and pour over chicken.
