Receta Chicken with Rosemary and Thyme
This is my quick and easy version of pan fried chicken with rosemary and thyme. My kid loves this and would enjoy it everytime I make it. A twist would be to add lemon zest onto the marnade, it will give a tangy orangy scent.
Ingredientes
- 1 kilo chicken breasts (deboned)
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- Marinade chicken breasts with salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and worcestershire sauce.
- Set aside for 30mins.
- Pan fry each piece of chicken on a non-stick pan.
- Cook each side until a bit of brown, turn. Do not overcook the chicken.
- Serve with your choice of side dish.
