Chicken With Salted Eggs

Chicken fried and smothered with salted eggs, chillies and tad bit of aroma from coriander leaves.

Ingredientes

  • 400g chicken - cut into bite sizes
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 3 salted eggs – break eggs in a microwave container, microwave for 3 mins, once cool down, gently crumble
  • 4 shallots - sliced thinly
  • 3 red chillies - remove seeds and sliced thinly
  • 1 small bunch of coriander leaves - sliced thinly
  • Enough oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Mix cornflour and a bit of salt into chicken.
  2. Deep fry and remove.
  3. Leave just about 2 tbsp oil in the same wok.
  4. Saute shallots; add the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Stir all together and remove from heat.
