Ingredientes

  • Oil for deep frying
  • 12 x Corn tortillas, cut into 8 pcs
  • 600 ml Salsa de Jitomate, (tomato sauce), pint)
  • 1 med Size onion, minced finely
  • 2 x Green chillies, minced finely
  • 4 Tbsp. Soured cream
  • 50 gm Wensleydale cheese, crumbled (2oz)

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil to 400 F, 200 C and fry the tortillas till they start changing colour. Drain them and keep them hot.
  2. Bring the tomato sauce to the boil, drop the tortilla chips into it and bring to the boil again.
  3. Transfer the mix to a hot serving dish and garnish it with the minced onion and the chillies using.
  4. Add in the soured cream and cheese before garnishing if you wish to turn it into a lunch or possibly supper dish.
