Receta Chile Egg Puff Breakfast Dish

Ingredientes
- 10 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 16 ounce small curd cottage cheese
- 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 stk margarine, melted
- 8 ounce canned minced green chilies
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat Large eggs till light and lemon colored.
- Add in flour, baking pwdr, salt, cottage cheese, jack cheese, and margarine. Blend till smooth. Stir in chilies and mix well. Pour into a well greased 9 x 13 glass casserole Bake about 35 min or possibly till top is browned and center is hard. Serve immediately.
- Tastes great with Picante sauce.
