Ingredientes

  • 2 (7 ounce.) cans green chilies
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 pound grated Cheddar cheese
  • 4 Large eggs, scrambled
  • 3 teaspoon flour
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can lowfat milk
  • Salt, pepper, garlic and onion (optional) to taste

Direcciones

  1. Mix all above ingredients and put in 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 15.
