Ingredientes
- 2 (7 ounce.) cans green chilies
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 pound grated Cheddar cheese
- 4 Large eggs, scrambled
- 3 teaspoon flour
- 1 (16 ounce.) can lowfat milk
- Salt, pepper, garlic and onion (optional) to taste
Direcciones
- Mix all above ingredients and put in 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 15.
