Ingredientes

  • 1 x Onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 4 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Pepper, black
  • 2 x Cloves garlic
  • 2 c. Tomato
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Oregano

Direcciones

  1. Chop onion and crush garlic. Cook in oil till wilted. Add in tomatoes and press through strainer. Mix with broth and bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano. Heat the chiles in boiling sauce for about five min.
