Ingredientes

  • 3 whl chicken breasts - (1 1/2 to 2 lbs) cut in 1" pcs
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. minced bell pepper
  • 2 x garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 can Mexican stewed tomatoes - (16 ounce ea)
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 2/3 c. picante sauce
  • 1 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry chicken, onion, pepper, garlic in vegetable oil till vegetables are wilted. Transfer to crockpot and add in remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, on LOW, for 4 to 6 hrs. Serve over rice.
  2. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
