Ingredientes
- 3 whl chicken breasts - (1 1/2 to 2 lbs) cut in 1" pcs
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 c. minced bell pepper
- 2 x garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 can Mexican stewed tomatoes - (16 ounce ea)
- 1 can chili beans
- 2/3 c. picante sauce
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Saute/fry chicken, onion, pepper, garlic in vegetable oil till vegetables are wilted. Transfer to crockpot and add in remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, on LOW, for 4 to 6 hrs. Serve over rice.
