Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Turkey Light Meat, skinless grnd 3 Bay leaves
  • 1 sm Onion finely minced
  • 1 x clove Garlic finely
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1 sm Tomato Sauce canned 3 c. Water
  • 1 can Kidney Beans liquid removed
  • 12 ounce Angel Hair Pasta cook al dente
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, Lowfat grated
  • 1 sm Onion finely minced

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat in skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients up through the water. Boil uncovered for 45 min to reduce liquid, stirring as needed to prevent sticking (or possibly simmer, uncovered, 2 to 4 hrs). Add in
  2. kidney beans to mix 10 min before serving.
  3. Serve over angel hair pasta topped with grated cheese and minced onion.
