- 1 lb Turkey Light Meat, skinless grnd 3 Bay leaves
- 1 sm Onion finely minced
- 1 x clove Garlic finely
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1 sm Tomato Sauce canned 3 c. Water
- 1 can Kidney Beans liquid removed
- 12 ounce Angel Hair Pasta cook al dente
- 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, Lowfat grated
- 1 sm Onion finely minced
Direcciones
- Brown meat in skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients up through the water. Boil uncovered for 45 min to reduce liquid, stirring as needed to prevent sticking (or possibly simmer, uncovered, 2 to 4 hrs). Add in
- kidney beans to mix 10 min before serving.
- Serve over angel hair pasta topped with grated cheese and minced onion.
