Ingredientes
- 2 PCs Onion, 4-pk
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 Tin Kidney beans
- 400 g Minced meat of cattle
- 3 dl Dinner rice
- 2 box Chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Red chili
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, dried

Warm the oil in a large pot. Brown meat dough, add the finely chopped onion, garlic, carrot, bell pepper, chili and cayenne pepper and saute for 5 minutes.
