Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Diced raw potatoes
  • 3 c. Water
  • 3 Tbsp. Bacon fat or possibly vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 2 can (1lb each) whole kernel corn
  • 1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed cream Of tomato soup
  • 1/4 c. Instant chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd black pepper
  • 3/4 c. Evaporated lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Combine potatoes, water and bacon fat in saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, till potatoes are tender. Add in corn, soup, chopped onion, chili and garlic powders and black pepper. Bring just to boiling point. Add in lowfat milk and heat. Serve warm as a main dish soup.
