Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 2 lb Chicken wings
  • 1 c. Rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili-garlic sauce
  • 1/4 c. Sliced scallions

Direcciones

  1. Directions: In a mixing bowl combine the extra virgin olive oil, cilantro, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes. Add in the wings and toss to coat well. Marinate for at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight. To cook, drain wings from marinade and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min or possibly till cooked through and golden. For the sauce, combine the rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, water and chili-garlic sauce in a sauce pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 min till thickened. Pour glaze over cooked wings and toss to coat. Garnish with the minced scallions.
