Receta Chili Rellenos Bake

Ingredientes
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 (4 ounce.) cans whole green chilies
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
Direcciones
- Cook beef, drain. Add in onion and garlic. Cut each chili in half. Beat Large eggs and flour together; add in lowfat milk, salt and Tabasco. Grease 8 inch pan. Layer meat, chilis, half of cheese. Pour egg mix over top. Finish with rest of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Let stand 5 min.
