Ingredientes

  • 14 c. tomatoes, minced
  • 3 c. onions, minced
  • 1/2 c. Jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1 c. bell pepper, minced
  • Seasonings
  • 3 tbsp. chili pwdr (or possibly more) to taste
  • 5 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp. garlic pwdr
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. tomato sauce

Direcciones

  1. Mix tomatoes, onion, and pepper together. Set aside. In a bowl, mix seasoning ingredients. Pour 1/4 c. seasoning mix into each pint jar. Fill jar to within 1/2 inch of top with tomato mix. Seal jars with rings and lids. Process at 10 pounds of pressure for 35 min. Makes 8 pints.
