Ingredientes

  • 10 c. peeled, minced tomatoes (red and yellow)
  • 2 c. minced onions
  • 2 c. minced bell peppers
  • 1 warm pepper, minced (add in more if you like)
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. celery salt

Direcciones

  1. Cook over moderate heat till reduced to nearly 1/2 quantity started with. Usually takes 2 - 2 1/2 hrs cooking time. Can in pint jars. Use in meat loaf, spaghetti sauce, lasagna, over warm dogs, hamburgers, or possibly eat with brown beans. (Yield 4-5 pints.)
