  • 1 lb Grnd BEEF
  • 1 c. ONIONS (OPTIONAL)
  • 1 c. Minced CELERY (OPTIONAL)
  • 1 1/2 tsp SUGAR
  • 1/2 tsp SALT
  • 3/4 tsp GARLIC Pwdr
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. CHILI Pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp OREGANO LEAVES
  • 1/4 tsp PEPPER
  • 15 ounce TOMATO SAUCE
  • 6 ounce TOMATO PASTE
  • 2 1/2 c. WATER (MAY NEED MORE)
  • 14 1/2 ounce BEANS (KIDNEY), Liquid removed
  • 2 ounce SPAGHETTI (OPTIONAL)

Direcciones

  1. IN A LARGE POT, BROWN BEEF AND ONIONS. DRAIN JUICES. Add in REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR THE BEANS AND SPAGHETTI. MIX WELL. BRING Mix TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER, COVERED, FOR 30 Min. Add in BEANS AND SPAGHETTI. SIMMER, UNCOVERED, FOR 10 Min TO HEAT BEANS.
  2. NOTE: IF USINGSPAGHETTI, BREAK INTO 2" Pcs AND THEN PRECOOK.
  3. NOTE: CHILI MAY NEED MOREWATER, Add in AS NEEDED.
