- 1 c. Minced CELERY (OPTIONAL)
- 1 1/2 tsp SUGAR
- 1/2 tsp SALT
- 3/4 tsp GARLIC Pwdr
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. CHILI Pwdr
- 3/4 tsp OREGANO LEAVES
- 1/4 tsp PEPPER
- 15 ounce TOMATO SAUCE
- 6 ounce TOMATO PASTE
- 2 1/2 c. WATER (MAY NEED MORE)
- 14 1/2 ounce BEANS (KIDNEY), Liquid removed
- 2 ounce SPAGHETTI (OPTIONAL)

- IN A LARGE POT, BROWN BEEF AND ONIONS. DRAIN JUICES. Add in REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR THE BEANS AND SPAGHETTI. MIX WELL. BRING Mix TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER, COVERED, FOR 30 Min. Add in BEANS AND SPAGHETTI. SIMMER, UNCOVERED, FOR 10 Min TO HEAT BEANS.
- NOTE: IF USINGSPAGHETTI, BREAK INTO 2" Pcs AND THEN PRECOOK.
- NOTE: CHILI MAY NEED MOREWATER, Add in AS NEEDED.
