Ingredientes

  • 2 (4 ounce.) pkg. reg. butterscotch pudding mix
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. finely minced nuts
  • 1 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 1 carton non-dairy whipped topping

Direcciones

  1. Prepare pudding mix with 3 c. lowfat milk following package instructions. Turn into bowl, cover with plastic and cold completely. Cut butter into flour using pastry blender or possibly finger tips as for pie crust; stir in nuts, press mix into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
  2. Cold thoroughly. Beat cheese with sugar till light and fluffy. Mix in 1 c. whipped topping. Spread over crust. Spoon pudding over cheese layer and cover with remaining whipped topping refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight. Makes 24 servings.
