Receta Chilled Guacamole Soup

Ingredientes
- 2 lg. avocados, peeled and seeded
- 3 med. tomatoes, peeled and minced
- 2 T minced green pepper
- 2 T minced green onion
- 2 T minced celery
- 1 T lemon juice
- Warm pepper sauce
- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth/stock
- Salt
- Couple drops of green food color (optional)
- 4 to 6 ounce vodka (optional)
Direcciones
- Cut 1 avocado in chunks and place in blender container. Add in tomatoes, green pepper, celery, green onion, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce to taste. Blend till smooth. Add in broth and salt to taste, blend well.Add in food color, if you like. Refrigerate thoroughly. Using a melon baller, cut remaining avocado into balls and add in to soup. If you like, serve each guest with a jigger of vodka to mix into the soup.
