16 x Marshmallows, cut into 6-8 H1 (or possibly miniatures)
12 x Graham crackers, rolled fine
1 pt Persimmon pulp (very ripe fruit)
1/4 c. Granulated sugar
1 c. Minced walnuts

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and shape into a log. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigeratefor 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Slice into servings. Serve.
