Ingredientes

  • For paneer fry:
  • 2 cup - Paneer (cut into cubes) (around 30 cubes)
  • 2 tbsp - Maida
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch - Baking soda
  • Salt as needed
  • Oil for deep frying For making chilli paneer:
  • 1 tbsp - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 no - Onion (chopped into cubes)
  • 1/2 no - Green capsicum / pepper (cut into cubes)
  • 1 tbsp - Soya sauce
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp - Chilli garlic sauce (or as needed)
  • 1 tsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Spring onions (chopped)
