Ingredientes
- 2 x cucumbers, peeled, seeded and grated
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. green onions, minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh mint minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, minced Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve with pita bread, pita chips or possibly bagel chips. This dip is light and flavorful and perfect for this meal. It should be easy to find some fresh cukes this time of year and this is a great way to put some to use.
- Chefs Notes: Use low fat lowfat sour cream and yogurt. The rest of the ingredients are good as is.
