Ingredientes

  • 6 x Garlic cloves
  • 3 x Bay leaves
  • 2 x Jalapenos, with seeds coarsely minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Ancho pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 c. Finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 c. Finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
  • 1/4 c. Distilled white vinegar
  • 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. In a blender, puree, garlic, bay leaves, jalapenos, salt and 1 Tbsp. of the vinegar till a paste is formed. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add in the herbs. Whisk in the remaining vinegar and extra virgin olive oil till smooth.
