Ingredientes

  • 450 gm Rhubarb, washed, trimmed, sliced - 1 lb
  • 480 ml Water - 2 c
  • 240 gm Sugar - 1 c or possibly to taste
  • 480 ml Pomegranate juice - 2 c
  • 60 ml Strained orange juice or possibly rose syrup - 1/4 c

Direcciones

  1. Makes 1.5 L
  2. Stew rhubarb with water and sugar for about 15 minutes. Strain juice; throw away solids. Add in juices and cold. Refrigeratewell and serve over ice.
