Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Chinese broccoli or possibly broccoli minced, trimmed, and cut bite-sized florets (or possibly bok choy, minced)
  • 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp sugar

Direcciones

  1. Steam broccoli or possibly bok choy till crisp-tender, about 3 min; transfer to large serving bowl.
  2. Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oil and sugar in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour over broccoli, toss till well-coated and serve.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  4. Comments: This makes a great side dish for any meal.
