Ingredientes

  • 4 x salmon filets - (4 ounce ea)
  • 3 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1 c. fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl or possibly zippered plastic bag, combine all marinade ingredients.
  2. Add in the salmon filets and let marinate for 30 min or possibly up to 2 hrs in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat an oven broiler or possibly outdoor grill with the rack 6 inches from the heat source. Broil or possibly grill the salmon 6 inches from the heat source for about 8 to 10 min till the fish just turns opaque.
