Receta Chinese Ginger Salmon

Ingredientes
- 4 x salmon filets - (4 ounce ea)
- 3 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 c. fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
Direcciones
- In a large bowl or possibly zippered plastic bag, combine all marinade ingredients.
- Add in the salmon filets and let marinate for 30 min or possibly up to 2 hrs in the refrigerator.
- Preheat an oven broiler or possibly outdoor grill with the rack 6 inches from the heat source. Broil or possibly grill the salmon 6 inches from the heat source for about 8 to 10 min till the fish just turns opaque.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
- Serving size: one filet (about 4 ounce).
- Comments: This very quick marinade further deepens the rich flavor of salmon. Soy, ginger, and garlic are enhanced with the techniques of broiling or possibly grilling. Use this marinade for any other fatty fish, such as tuna or possibly swordfish.
