Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg White onions
  • 3 x Fresh red warm chillies
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp White vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Brown vinegar
  • 3 pch pepper pwdr, (3 to 4)
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Peel and halve onions, chop into eight chunks each half.
  2. Slice chillies thin and diagonally.
  3. Heat oil, add in chillies and onions, stirfry for 3-4 min.
  4. Add in all remaining ingredients, saute/fry further 2 min.
  5. Serve warm, with rice or possibly bread.
  6. Making time: 15 min
  7. Makes: 2-3 servings
