Receta Chinese Hot And Sour Onions

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg White onions
- 3 x Fresh red warm chillies
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp White vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Brown vinegar
- 3 pch pepper pwdr, (3 to 4)
- 1/4 tsp Sugar Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Peel and halve onions, chop into eight chunks each half.
- Slice chillies thin and diagonally.
- Heat oil, add in chillies and onions, stirfry for 3-4 min.
- Add in all remaining ingredients, saute/fry further 2 min.
- Serve warm, with rice or possibly bread.
- Making time: 15 min
- Makes: 2-3 servings
