Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 tsp VEGETABLE OIL
  • 1 1/2 tsp LOW SODIUM SOY SAUCE
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. MAPLE SYRUP
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. RED WINE VINEGAR
  • 1 1/2 tsp GINGER
  • 1/2 tsp GARLIC Pwdr
  • 16 ounce BONELESS SIRLOIN STEAK

Direcciones

  1. COMBINE OIL, SOY SAUCE, SYRUP, VINEGAR, GINGER AND GARLIC. TRIM FAT FROM STEAK. MARINATE IN SAUCE Till TIME TO COOK. REMOVE STEAKS FROM MARINADE.
  2. RESERVE MARINADE FOR LATER USE. PREPARE STOVE TOP GRILL Or possibly PREHEAT BROILER.
  3. GRILL Or possibly BROIL FOR 5 Min ON EACH SIDE AND TURN ONCE Or possibly TWICE. BRUSH WITH MARINATE EACH TIME YOU TURN. BROIL Till DESIRED DONENESS.
