- 16 ounce BONELESS SIRLOIN STEAK

- RESERVE MARINADE FOR LATER USE. PREPARE STOVE TOP GRILL Or possibly PREHEAT BROILER.
- GRILL Or possibly BROIL FOR 5 Min ON EACH SIDE AND TURN ONCE Or possibly TWICE. BRUSH WITH MARINATE EACH TIME YOU TURN. BROIL Till DESIRED DONENESS.
