- Combine meat, cabbage, onions, ginger, 2 tsp. soy sauce and salt. Shape into balls. Heat Cooker, add in oil, brown meat balls on all sides. Add in water and 1 tsp. soy sauce. Close cover securely. Cook 5 min. Cold Cooker at once. If you like, thicken gravy with cornstarch dissolved in water.
