Receta Chinese Meat Balls

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1/2 lb Cabbage, finely grated
- 2 med Onions, finely grated
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
Direcciones
- Combine meat, cabbage, onions, ginger, 2 tsp. soy sauce and salt. Shape into balls. Heat Cooker, add in oil, brown meat balls on all sides. Add in water and 1 tsp. soy sauce. Close cover securely. Cook 5 min. Cold Cooker at once. If you like, thicken gravy with cornstarch dissolved in water.
