Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 green pepper, cut into 1/4" strips
  • 1 med. onion, cut into 1/4" slices
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 celery stalks, cut diagonally, sm.
  • 1/2 pound bok choy or possibly white cabbage, cut into 1/4" slices

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in the wok. Add in all the vegetables and stir fry for 6 min. Serve at once sprinkled with sesame seeds.
