Chinese Oven Fried Pork Chops

Ingredientes

  • 4 lean pork chops
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. water or possibly sherry
  • 1/8 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp. bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Beat egg. Add in water/sherry, ginger, garlic pwdr and soy sauce. Mix.
  2. Dip chops in mix; then, in crumbs and lay on a non-stick baking pan. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees. Turn chops over and bake 20 to 30 min longer or possibly till tender and no pink shows.
