Receta Chinese Oven Fried Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 4 lean pork chops
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. water or possibly sherry
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 tbsp. bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Beat egg. Add in water/sherry, ginger, garlic pwdr and soy sauce. Mix.
- Dip chops in mix; then, in crumbs and lay on a non-stick baking pan. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees. Turn chops over and bake 20 to 30 min longer or possibly till tender and no pink shows.
