Ingredientes

  • 7 c. flour, sifted
  • 4 c. solid shortening
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. instant lowfat milk
  • 3 teaspoon baking soda
  • 6 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon almond flavoring

Direcciones

  1. Mix everything together with hands. Roll dough in 1" balls. Flatten slightly and roll in sesame seeds. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 2" apart for 20 to 25 min at 350 degrees.
