Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. chopped ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 green onions, minced
  • 2 tbsp. sherry
  • 3 pound chicken
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients and boil together 2 min. Add in chicken and simmer 40 min. Remove chicken and strain the mix.
  2. Mix cornstarch and water and add in to shoyo mix to thicken it. Pour over chicken and serve with rice.
